Where is config.yml? Its located at plugins/KSpicyLife/config.yml

You can edit whitelist and effectlist here.

Section: whitelist

Materials at this section wont count when consumed. This means players can eat as much as without triggering effects.

whitelist: #Players will able to eat much as possible as possible
 - APPLE #Eating apple wont count.

Section: effectlist

What is ticks? 1 second is equal to 20 ticks.

What is chance range? It has a range from 0.0 to 100.0.
